At gorjana, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure your return is tracked and insured.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place your items in their original gorjana pouches and boxes, then secure them inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
